B. Salaries:
1. Front Office
a. Training (approx 1 to 2 month) (2 persons)

6. Other Points:
a. bonus: 1 month bonus with 12 month work
b. 6 day work week (1 day off per week)
c. days off can be accumulated for extended paid leaves (ie work 7 day a week for 4 weeks and take 4 days off all together)
d. all leaves and days off are subject to manager approval
e. 1 USD current = 45 INR as off 1 may 2010.
f. working hours are subject to change by management
g. all shifts include time for breakfast lunch dinner and coffee tea break respectively . on average each shift is equal to 8-9 hour working time.
h. Extra days off (beyond the paid days off) may be requested by employee subject to management's approval.
C. Food and Accommodation:
1. Hotel will provide accommodation within the close vicinity of the Hotel
a. Manager will be given own room
b. Other staff will be required to share rooms
2. Food
a. All 3 meals will be given on the hotel grounds
b. 2 tea & coffee break will be given
c. if food from the restaurant would like to be order it will be given @ 50% of menu price
D. Medical and Health:
1. Hotel will not cover health and medical insurance
2. There is 6 days sick leave per year with doctors note (these can be counted as paid leave.
E. Visa and Travel:
1. Hotel will not pay for visa cost
2. Hotel will provide all the documents to get a work visa
3. Hotel will repay employee air ticket cost to India over 12 month of the contract after air ticket bill is submitted to the hotel.
4. Employee pick up points will be Bombay (Mumbai) or Pune or Directly Panchgani
F. Others:
1. Uniforms will be purchase by employ as per department (approx range from 1000 – 3000 INR per uniform)
2. Laundry of Uniform will be done by hotel
3. All salary are subject to 10% India taxes up to 500,000 INR per year.
4. hindi classes will be offer as no cost to the staff
